Résumé au format pdf
In recent years, it has been reported that the improvement of the light environment is effective for improving the work efficiency, and it is said that the illumination condition is preferably adapted to the biological rhythm. However, few studies have reported the physiological effects on the light environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate that the relationship between the physiological and psychological effects and the light environment through the experiment. The experiment was conducted during daytime to ten participants at laboratory. The lighting conditions were 8 combinations (four illuminances by two color temperatures). It was shown that work efficiency may be improved even in a lighting environment outside the comfort zone.
